After an over-two-year long installation, the new “Animals – Friends of Human Being” gallery opened to the public on January 20th, 2012. In the 800 m2 gallery, exquisite animal specimens are displayed in vivid poses.

The exhibition shows the rich diversity of animals and their close relationship with human beings. Animals have enriched every aspect of our life to some extent and their life is now greatly influenced by human activities more than any time in the past. Through the exhibition, everyone becomes conscious of the fact that it’s equally important for human beings to be friendly to the animals, or, more accurately, we all have the responsibility to take care of the animals.
