The Pillar of Life – Stories of Bones

Skeletons are the supporting frame for life and animals rely on bones to maintain their shapes. When creating life, Nature has endowed it with various exquisite skeleton frames. On the afternoon of 20 April, Associate Researcher Zhai Hong of Beijing Museum of Natural History gave a lecture on the evolutionary development and transformation of animal bones, the skeletal discrepancies among different animals and the underlying reasons for such differences.
